How do I make a purchase?
Buying at www.valisimakesense.com is easy. You can buy using the main menu bar and choose from there the product you want. Once you have chosen your product, add it to your shopping cart. Review the selected items in the shopping cart icon at the top right. Then click buy to proceed to payment.

Do I need to have an account to place an order?
No, go to www.valisimakesense.com and you can register right away.

I forgot my password, what can I do?
If you forgot your password, follow the “forgot my password” instructions on the registration screen.

Does everything you show have stock?
All the items are in stock except the jewelry whose sale is under the "pre-order" modality. When we do not have stock of a product, it will appear as "out of stock". Likewise, all "out of stock" products can be purchased at that time and your order will begin to be processed. Keep in mind that, in the time it takes you to purchase, another customer may be buying the same item and run out of it.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept PayPal, Amex, Mercado Pago, Oxxo, Master and Visa and Bank Transfers.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the site?
At Valisi we take the security of your personal data very seriously. All transactions are made through a secure site.

How do I know that my order was received and that the payment was credited correctly?
You will receive an email immediately after confirming the order and another email when the payment has been credited correctly, informing you that the order is "Confirmed".

How much is the shipping?
We do not charge shipping.

Can I add items after placing the order?
Once the order is confirmed it cannot be modified.

When does my order arrive?
All our shipments can have a maximum delay of 10 business days after placing the order and confirming the payment.

What are the conditions of changes / returns?
At Valisi we accept changes and returns of certain products, always within the first 10 days of receiving the purchase. We only accept changes in pajamas (Mulberry Silk), either in size, color or model. To do this, the purchase receipt must be presented and the garments must be unused and in perfect condition, with their label attached and in their original packaging. Changes in size, color or model are subject to availability. Parfums and Home scents have no change, so we have Testers (small ceramic pieces that we send as samples) through which we can send you the fragrance you choose and thus find out the desired aroma prior to your purchase. If any of the products received is damaged, broken or defective, or does not correspond to what is detailed in your purchase order, then we will proceed with the change. Exchanges that do not comply with Valisi's return policies detailed here will not be accepted.
